Prof. Anya O. Anya

Prof. Anya O. Anya was the last Chairman of Citizens International Bank Plc before its dissolution into Spring Bank Plc. He retired as the longest serving Professor in any Nigerian university, having taught at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, as a full professor for 30 years. 

During this period, he has been President/Chairman of various professional bodies such as the Nigerian Academy of Science (N.A.S.) and Union of African Biologists.  He distinguished himself as the first experimental scientist to receive the Nigeria National Order of Merit award (NNOM) in 1992.  He has also been honoured with the Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR) by his fatherland. As an international scholar, he has over 120 publications to his credit. He is the immediate past and founding Director General / Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and currently serves on the Board of Directors of that body. He is also a founding director of Diamond Bank Plc.  He is presently the Chairman of the Governing Board of the National Merit Award.

CHIEF ANTHONY ADEMUYIWA ADENIYI

A former Chairman of Omegabank Plc., Chief Adeniyi is a Barrister at Law and the past Chairman of Nigerian Bar Association, Akure Branch.  He was a member of the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA) and a member of Council of Legal Education.  He has an established law firm in Akure, Ondo State. He joined the Board of Omegabank Plc in 1999 and became Chairman in 2001.
