Spring Bank Plc Supports Covenant University Endowment

Spring Bank Plc recently pledged its support for the Endowment Initiative of Covenant University, Canaan land, Otta, as part pf its Corporate Social Responsibility. Covenant University, which graduated its first set of students in July 2006, was ranked No. 1 by the Nigeria University Commission (NUC) among private universities in Nigeria.

Spring Bank Plc will support the endowment over a five-year period in the Key areas of annual employment for graduates of the institution as well as provision of funding for bright business ideas under the auspices of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Through this initiative, Spring Bank Plc hopes to advance the course of education in Nigeria and also support growth though entrepreneurial development in Nigeria.

Spring Bank Plc Supports Osun State UNDP SHF

Osun State UNDP SHF held a workshop recently for small-scale business operators in the state on how to access the SMIEIS. The workshop was sponsored by the Bank as demonstration of its commitment to development and economic empowerment in the communities in which it does business. The Bank has maintained a long-standing relationship with the Board of Trustees of the States UNDP SHF as well as the Osun State Government.
