In its bid to make the life of its teeming corporate and individual customers easier through convenient banking transactions, Spring Bank Plc has packaged a suite of mobile and web based pay products that guarantee customer satisfaction.
Aimed at further consolidating the bank’s already strong footing in the e-solutions market, the products, Spring Corporate Pay and SpringConnect, have been carefully refined to give customers the added values of convenience, simplicity and security in mobile and web based payment solutions.
A statement from the bank said that Spring Corporate Pay can be used by organizations and institutions to make or receive payments such as salaries, allowances, entitlements, supplier payments, contractor payments from various sources in an all-in-one transaction from the convenience of the office without a visit to the bank. As much as N10million can be transferred to a beneficiary in one transaction using the Spring Corporate Pay.
The product works in such a way that payments are automatically made with the various authorizations and approvals given online real time without the use of cheques or cash. This allows a company’s account to be debited while the beneficiaries’ accounts are credited with an automatic updating of all relevant records.
The Spring Corporate Pay ensures accountability and discourages fraud by guaranteeing data security and integrity.
The SpringConnect, on the other hand, is a bouquet of internet banking, mobile banking and transaction alert products aimed at enabling customers access to their accounts online real time from the comfort of their homes. It is a service that is available to the customer at any time of the day or night including public holidays.
With the SpringConnect Internet Banking product, the customer can, with just a click, access his account, transfer funds, view or download his statement, pay bills, request for cheque books or make secured purchases from the popular Mega Plaza Shopping Mall, Victoria Island, Lagos with a discount via the internet. Customers can also transfer as much as N10million with the SpringConnect.
On its part, the SpringConnect Mobile Banking product enables customers, who are already subscribers to mobile phone networks, gain access to their bank accounts from their mobile phones. The product is specially developed for the bank’s upwardly mobile customers, who require 24/7 real time access to their accounts.
Each of these products is supported by the transaction alert service which notifies the customer and gives him a transaction summary complete with the new available balance in the account.
