How it works
•Customer fills an application form with all relevant details. Original form of identification is sighted and stored.
•Virtual Money account is opened. Same as Domiciliary account.
•Customer is registered in the Virtual Money software and a card generated.
•Officer hands over a sealed envelop to the virtual money customer containing customer’s access code and account number.
•Customer activates his card by use of a touch tone phone by dialing 009- 1- 972- 499- 0101 or internet at www.virtualmoneyinc.com

Loading
•Once card is activated, customer can load his card with dollar amount only in the country he resides.
•A limit per load is determined by bank as per regulation.
•Load amounts are from domiciliary accounts, BTA and PTA, School fees, Subscription payments etc.

How to Apply
•Customer downloads application form from bank’s website or hardcopy from customer service or account officer
•Completed application form is returned to bank
•A Virtual money card is personalized and delivered to customer
•Customer goes on web to activate the card
•Customer may not be an account holder.
