How it works •Subscribers must have an existing account with the bank. •Must have a GSM phone •Completes the application form. •Customers account must be registered •A welcome message will be sent to them and also an instruction to change his PIN before service can be allowed. •The customers can, through the SMS service of the GSM phone, send short messages to a dedicated line to purchase airtime or perform any of the listed services and the account will be automatically debited. The service runs 24/7 including public holidays.
How to Apply •A customer downloads the application form from the bank’s website or gets a hard copy from any of our branches. •Application form is filled with required information and returned to bank •Customer is set up and a PIN generated. You are prompted to change the PIN on first access. •Customer must have a Mobile phone and an account with the bank
