How it works •A customer logs into the bank website and clicks on Internet banking menu or dials in using a PC and modem •The customer logs into the Internet banking application using user ID and PIN •Customer clicks on desired transaction menu and carries out transaction •Customer logs off at the end of transaction.
How to Apply •A customer downloads the application form from the bank’s website or gets a hard copy from the bank •Fill the required information and signs •Signs the service agreement and returns completed form to bank •Must have an account with the bank from where this transaction will originate. •Customer is signed on and a User ID and PIN automatically generated and mailed to customer
